Vivian have a mandate with Hanlim group for Vivian Park

On February 21, 2020, general manager Vivian Shuim – Mr. Stanley Chang – had an authorized signing session with Mr. JinSoon Park – President of HanLim Architecture Group.

We have given Vivian park project(T5-2 & T-6) authorization to HanLim Archecture Group for the following:

  1. Comprehensive work including PM
  2. Construction planning
  3. Market research
  4. Find co- investors

The authority to fund and choose partners within 6 months.
